Brooklyn Brewery was offered a spot on ABC to air a commercial during the NYC Pride Parade in both 2024 and 2025. This was a great opportunity to work in motion, something that I was just starting to really dabble in. We only had 30 seconds for our message and needed to also sync it with audio in a way that properly fit. Each yeah has a similar message, but 2024 was a more generalized message while 2025 focused on Trans Rights.
Brooklyn Brewery’s activism particularly within the LGBTQ+ community makes me very proud to be a part of this company.
2024 NYC Pride Animation
Brooklyn Brewery’s The Stonewall Inn IPA was the official beer of NYC Pride 2024 and we got an ABC commercial spot for the day of the Pride Parade. We needed it to be punchy and to the point while still reflecting our brand voice.
2025 NYC Pride Animation
in 2025 Brooklyn Brewery had a similar message as the 2024 commercial, but had a focus on Trans Rights. I used pink and blue as secondary colors and the Trans Flag for transitions vs the rainbow from 2024.
